Cedar Cabin is a fully insulated and heated Swedish log cabin with fantastic views of the North Northumberland coastline from Bamburgh Castle to Dunstanburgh Castle.
We are a family run quality Bed & Breakfast and have striven to create a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.With private parking and easy access to the A1, Alnwick Castle & Alnwick Gardens and the beautiful Northumberland countryside, Cedar Cabin provides the perfect base to explore everything Northumberland has to offer.
There are many good places to eat and drink between 5 to 15mins drive away. There is also a separate deck area with seating and a small BBQ situated next to the cabin, with BBQ packs & charcoal available for purchase if required. Evening meals are available by arrangement. Please enquire when booking.
We are located within 15 mins drive of Newton Hall and Charlton Hall and 5mins drive of Doxford Hall, Ellingham Hall and Doxford Barns.
N.B. Access to the cabin is via a wooden decking walkway inclusive of various steps/level changes as shown in the photo at the top of the page.

Lovely warm & welcoming arrival ! Very comfortable cabin with so many thoughtful touches - like torch, bottle opener, umbrella, herbal teas and shortbread biscuits. Shower room is warm, spacious, well designed with supplies. Breakfast was lovely - plenty of choice. Thanks Kay.
